ورشة قصيرة ومحمولة تساعد الموظفين في الخطوط الأمامية بمنظمات خدمة المهاجرين واللاجئين على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل جيد: بثقة في المهام التي يجيدها الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبحذر في المهام التي يفشل فيها. وهي غير مرتبطة بمؤسسة بعينها، فيمكن لأي منظمة أن تنفّذها مع موظفيها وسياساتها الخاصة.

عمّا يدور هذا

تدور هذه الورشة حول الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي: روبوتات الدردشة ومساعدو الكتابة التي تنتج نصًا، مثل ChatGPT وClaude وGemini وMicrosoft Copilot. وهي ليست عن كل أنواع الذكاء الاصطناعي. المقصود هو الأدوات التي يكتب فيها موظفوك وعملاؤك بالفعل.

لمن هذا موجَّه

أخصائيو حالات التوطين، وموجِّهو الإعانات والموارد، وموظفو استقبال المساعدة القانونية، ومعلمو اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية، وموجِّهو الصحة، والمتطوعون. لا يُفترض أي خلفية تقنية.
