일선 이민자 및 난민 서비스를 위한 AI 리터러시

이민자 및 난민을 지원하는 기관의 일선 실무자가 AI 도구를 잘 쓰도록 돕는 짧고 이동하기 쉬운 워크숍입니다. AI가 잘하는 일에는 자신 있게, 실패하는 일에는 신중하게 쓰도록 안내합니다. 특정 기관에 얽매이지 않으므로, 어떤 조직이든 자체 직원과 자체 정책으로 진행할 수 있습니다.

무엇에 관한 내용인가

이 워크숍은 생성형 AI를 다룹니다. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot처럼 텍스트를 만들어 내는 챗봇과 글쓰기 도우미가 이에 해당합니다. 모든 종류의 AI를 다루지는 않습니다. 핵심은 직원과 클라이언트가 이미 입력하고 있는 바로 그 도구들입니다.

누구를 위한 것인가

정착 사례 담당자, 혜택 및 자원 내비게이터, 법률 지원 접수 담당자, ESL 교사, 보건 내비게이터, 자원봉사자를 위한 것입니다. 기술적 배경은 전혀 필요하지 않습니다.

어떻게 진행하는가

1부는 안전의 중심축입니다. 전체 워크숍으로 진행하면 약 2~3시간이 걸리며, 필요한 모듈만 골라서 할 수도 있습니다. 2부는 약 한 시간짜리 짧은 실무 과정으로, 그룹으로 진행하거나 참고 자료로 나눠 줄 수 있습니다. 마지막의 기본 수칙 카드는 팀 전체를 위해 인쇄하십시오.

이 자료는 연구용 시제품 커리큘럼입니다. 인증된 과정이나 임상 프로토콜이 아니며, 소속 조직의 자체 정책을 대체하지도 않는 교육 보조 자료입니다. 사용 전에 현장과 슈퍼비전에 맞게 조정하십시오.
