Trainings LINC provides

Practitioner hub

Two curricula, both built for immigrant- and refugee-serving agencies. One prepares your team to walk alongside clients using LINC. The other builds practical AI literacy for everyday work. Each is agency-agnostic and free to adapt to your site. In the full LINC workflow, a trained worker uses the assistant and guides with the client, and they complete the next step together in the session: the call placed, the appointment booked. The worker follows up until the first visit and escalates to a clinician, 988, or a professional interpreter when a question needs one.

Curriculum 1

Train the trainer for community health workers

Prepare community health workers and navigators to guide clients through AI-assisted mental health navigation with LINC. Short modules with the evidence behind them, role-plays, a crisis escalation card, and fidelity tools for supervision.

Curriculum 2

AI literacy workshop

A portable workshop that helps frontline staff use AI tools well and safely: confidently for the tasks AI is good at, carefully for the tasks where it fails. Includes a practical toolkit of copy-ready recipes for everyday work.

Run it at your agency

Both curricula are built to be picked up and led by your own staff, with your own policies. No separate slide deck is required.

  1. Start smallPick one module that fits a real need this month. You do not have to run the whole curriculum at once.
  2. Use the built-in facilitator promptsEvery module carries the evidence behind it and a short activity a facilitator can lead, so a session runs straight from the page.
  3. Adapt it to your siteFill in your tools, your languages, and your supervision structure, then print the ground-rules card and agree on it as a team.
  4. Make it a normAdd a short AI check to regular supervision and revisit the card, so safe use holds after the session ends.

These are research prototype curricula: training aids for a study, not certified courses or a substitute for your organization's own policies. Adapt them to your site and supervision before use.
